A little bit about me! I obtained my certification through a nationally recognized organization called the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers. Furthermore, I am certified in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, basic first-aid and for using an Automated External Defibrillator. I have been a fitness enthusiast for the majority of my life and have been a certified and insured PT for some time now. I have trained both, in a group and one on one settings and am capable of training ALL FITNESS LEVELS.
I specialize in OUTDOOR, High Intensity Interval Training. I offer an explosive, fat scorching circuit regiment in just 30 minutes! Our focus will be muscular endurance, strength training, while incorporating cardiovascular exercises.
How my program works, is that we complete a fitness assessment both physical and medical, to establish what fitness level you are currently at and we build from there. Each workout created, will be specifically designed to cater to your overall fitness needs and goals.
